The wrestling squad defeated No. 23 Navy, 22-19. Sophomores Alex Iacocca and Seth Ciasulli led the Mountain Hawks to their first win over a ranked opponent this season.
Sophomore Alex Ross led the Mountain Hawks with 17 points, including five three-pointers, as the team defeated Army 59-57. The team has won five straight games and has improved its record to 11-7 and 3-0 in Patriot League play.
The Mountain Hawks will face Colgate University and try to improve their 1-2 Patriot League record. After two straight loses to American University and Navy, the team defeated Army, 57-52, Sunday.
Lehigh wrestling alum Bobby Weaver, '84, will be indicted into the National Wrestling Hall of Fame and Museum. Weaver was an All-American and an Olympic gold medalist.
The Mountain Hawks will head to Hamilton, N.Y. to face Colgate University Wednesday. The team will attempt to earn its sixth straight win and remain undefeated in Patior League play.
