Greek Week has been suspended for the 2009-2010 academic year, according to an e-mail sent to fraternity and sorority members Friday, May 1 by Tim Wilkinson, director of fraternity and sorority affairs in conjunction with Derek Lutchko, president of the Interfraternity Council and Lauren Harte, president of the Panhellenic Council. Engineering professor Patrick Farrell has been appointed as Lehigh University's next provost and vice president for academic affairs, President Alice Gast wrote in an e-mail to the Lehigh community Thursday.Farrell is a professor of mechanical engineering and the former provost and vice chancellor for academic affairs at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
