The replacement of loans for grants now means many low-income student will graduate debt free. The change in financial aid policy will allow Lehigh stronger recruiting power among low-income, internatoinal and minority students, increasing diversity and making Lehigh competitive against other schools that have done the same, such as Harvard and Princeton. Spring break has established itself as one of the most anticipated breaks on our calendar. Months prior to spring break, there were posters up in Taylor Gymnasium, encouraging students to get physically fit. All this hype, all this anticipation just for one week out of the year - one week when we can freely sip on some Grey Goose and really let loose. (0) comments

Welcome back, spring breakers. Hopefully you've all arrived in Bethlehem with a deep tan, strong hangover, souvenir shot glasses and some absurd stories. Even if you don't remember all of them clearly, don't you worry. Facebook, meet spring break. Spring break, meet Facebook. (1) comment

At the Patriot League men's basketball playoff game versus Army on March 5, there were at least 30 members of the Army band, 12 Army cheerleaders, eight people with gold shirts with the lettering "Crew" sitting in front of the band, plus the Mule mascot. That's 51 for Army and none for Lehigh. (0) comments
